Come & enjoy this spacious 2 bdrm, 2 bath piece of joy! Located in the highly desired Barefoot Resort community. Enjoy 3 golf courses & a swimming pool! Only 1.5 miles from the beach! With shopping & restaurants in each direction, there's something fun for everyone! Pool located right outside the building; fenced in for safety. This golfing community has a lot to offer! This condo is located on the 2nd floor of the building (no elevator). King bed, 2 twins, sofa-bed, full kitchen, & balcony The space This condo has a nice open concept layout, which is great for families who want to spread out! There's a cool shaded balcony with seating, too. Enjoy the convenience of a washer/dryer in unit, as well as a well-stocked full kitchen, in case you want to eat-in! Plenty of seating at the dinner table- not only for meals, but game night, too! The location is ideal for golfers and beach-lovers alike! You will find walking trails with park benches along the way, entertainment near-by, and easy access to the pool! During peak season, there is a shuttle that can take you to Barefoot Landing or the beach! This a centrally-located property; You can easily take a trip to Calabash for some world-famous seafood, or drive down to Broadway at the Beach in Myrtle for rides and shopping. Or venture a bit further and check out one of the state parks, the marshwalk or Brookgreen Gardens! Guest access You will have access to the entire condo (with the exception of a locked owner's closet). Other things to note There is room for 4 to sleep in beds. We also offer a pull-out sofa bed, which would work for two small children, but wouldn't likely be comfortable for two adults. Please keep this in mind when booking. For maximum comfort, we don't recommend more than 4-5 adults. The key cards for the pool/trash gate are very expensive to replace. Please guard them well, as you will be charged for them if they are missing upon your departure. -We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as community pool, hot tub, weather, your travel plans, illness, etc. If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive last or cancel your stay. -No elevator. You must climb stairs to enter the unit.
