Guest access You can access the skiroom based on the ground floor - Ski room can be accessed both from outside and inside the building. pls note that ski boots aren't allowed in the apartment or building in general. Other things to note PLS Note that the Apartment is less than 50mt from Flims Bergbahnen and the Apres Ski places (Legna & Tenda Bar). The slope that takes you down to Flims ends 5mt away from the Building.
