The space The Studio is spacious, extremely well appointed, beautifully decorated and very high end. The entrance is private, at ground level, and accessed through french doors (see picture) located under the covered terrace. The host does live in the main part of the house on the two floors above the studio. However, as a super host, I'm extremely conscientious of my guests privacy and comfort. Also, the studio is well insulated for sound between the two spaces. Other features include: a 1200 + square foot patio over looking incredible 180 degree views of Long Sound. Cozy bistro table (seasonal) by the sea wall for drinks, dinners, and breakfast by the water. Remote controlled gas fireplace in the studio for romantic evenings. A beautifully appointed bath featuring a marble glass enclosed shower with three body jets. A 50 inch smart TV and a Blu Ray DVD player (bring your own movies). Streaming TV with Hulu and Disney+ and high speed (1000 mbps) mesh Wi-Fi through out the property. Plus, a three burner Weber gas barbecue for the exclusive use of guests. The space is not shared with any other people. The maximum number of guests is 2. Guests are not allowed to have overnight visitors without first consulting the host. Guests can have a few family or friends visit, but absolutely no parties, receptions or events. Parking at the studio is limited to two cars. No exceptions on the parking. Also, no commercial/professional video or still photo shoots are allowed at the property. Other things to note Cooking facilities: commercial grade dual burner induction cooktop. GE Profile oven with convection bake/roast and microwave features. Toaster oven, blender and coffee maker. There is no full size stove in the studio.
