The home is a detached guesthouse to our main home, and best suited for 1 adult or a couple but can accommodate an extra person on the extendable sofa (see photos). The space Our guesthouse has a spacious upstairs master suite with queen bed and option for small cot, with room for another adult or 2 small children on the full-size sleeper sofa in the living room downstairs. With a fully equipped kitchen and gas BBQ in the backyard, you can choose to cook at home or enjoy any of the fabulous restaurants nearby. Enjoy a glass of wine or cup of Peet's coffee in your private front yard patio oasis. Guest access Your guesthouse is accessed through the alley has one private parking spot. Enjoy a meal, glass of wine or cup of coffee in your private front yard or backyard. Additional cars can be parked on the side streets. Sutter Street restaurants and shops are just a block away! Other things to note We love our little historic district and have a close relationship with the local merchants. We try to support them as much as possible and can make recommendations if needed!
