Kitchen with cabinets stocked with plates, cups, pans, silverware, etc. Resort features free laundry, free use of fitness center, free tanning, free wifi, free parking for one car, free use of bikes (this is an exclusive to bookings with me).500 sf in size and features all the comforts of home. Unit will be assigned on on check in. Lake, city, marina, or Oceanview. Please inquire before booking if you have a preference. Select units have balconies. All other units have a lake, city, marina, or ocean view. Pictures are representative of decor. All units feature a king bed in bedroom and sleep sofa in living room. A $100 temporary hold against incidentals will be collected on check in. Other things to note Guest checking in must be 21 or over with a valid ID and bank card for a temporary hold against incidentals to check in.
