The dominant color is green, both outside with the Mediterranean flora and inside. With a large balcony right on the sea, equipped for outdoor dinners and immersed in a beautiful garden full of olive trees and rosemary, it offers all the comforts. At dinner ,in the spacious balcony facing the sea , lapped by an olive tree to which a jasmine has totally gotten, comes the scent of the sea and the flowers around . The house is located right in the center of the promenade, equidistant from San Giovanni di Sinis on the left and the Seu Naturalistic Oasis on the right, which can be reached on foot from the house in about 15 minutes. Both the walk to San Giovanni, through the dunes, and the one to Seu along a small path along the beach, offer extraordinary scenery. Going towards San Giovanni, you will be surprised to come across the so-called "Ballroom", a space nestled between the rocks where the young people of the nearby village of Cabras once loved to organize their graduation parties and which was actually an ancient Roman quarry. Towards Seu, on the other hand, where the wheat fields studded with red poppies almost reach the sea at the beginning of summer, you can follow a small dirt road through the scents of flowers and plants in the Oasis where time has truly stood still. Our territory , the SINIS , is a beautiful place, rich in history and fascinating not only for its seas , whose crystal clear waters range from the blue + intense to the emerald green. Its sunsets , never the same , its festivals and typical local products will surprise you . The village of FUNTANA is a special place, where wheat fields sometimes reach the beach .
