One of three freshly built apartments (Arta 1, Arta 2, Arta 3), situated 500 meters (less than 5 minutes by foot) from the old town. There is parking available near the apartment. Two small shops, a grocery store with local produce, public library, bank and a post office are all nearby. A large store (Kaufland) is also less than 5 minutes by foot away.
