Spacious farmhouse for family and friends

The property is located in a spacious farmhouse from 1850. Hallau is located in the countryside on the German border between the Black Forest and Lake Constance. Public transport is available, but a car is an advantage. The bus station, grocery store, bakery and bank can be reached in two minutes on foot. We are child-friendly and non-smokers. You will share the garden with my ducks. There's room for all of you. The space The farmhouse offers a spacious layout over a total of 120 square meters. There is a dining room, a large kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Entrance area: Downstairs in the entrance area there is enough space for shoes and strollers. On the 2nd floor there is the dining room with a sofa and reading corner, a spacious well-equipped kitchen and a bedroom with toys. In addition, a baby travel bed or up to two mattresses can be provided for larger groups On the 2nd floor is the master bedroom with double bed (160 × 200), a single bed (90 × 200) and a children's bed (70 × 140), a large bathroom with bathtub and a separate small bathroom with shower and toilet. To linger, relax, enjoy some peace and quiet and look into the garden we have in. 2nd floor in the pergola a small separate reading corner with two armchairs. The two floors are connected by a steep staircase, possibly unsuitable for older guests. The house includes two gardens to linger in. I keep running ducks, you share the gardens with the ducks. The house serves us as a weekend and vacation home, as a retreat to recharge your batteries, to switch off from everyday life, to leave the city behind to spend time with family and friends. All of this can also be a part for you. Guest access The living room is accessible to all guests. There are many adjoining rooms such as garage or barn, these are not part of the rental. Other things to note I keep ducks in part of the garden. The ducks are shy and cannot be touched. Please let your children know that the ducks must not be hunted or touched.
