Spacious farmhouse for family and friends

The property is located in a spacious farmhouse from 1850. Hallau is located in the countryside on the German border between the Black Forest and Lake Constance. Public transport is available, but a car is an advantage. The bus station, grocery store, bakery and bank can be reached in two minutes on foot. We are child-friendly and non-smokers. You will share the garden with my ducks. There's room for all of you. It has a dining room, a spacious kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Ground floor In the entrance area, there is plenty of space for shoes, jackets and strollers. 1st floor Here you will find the cozy dining room with a sofa and reading corner as well as a spacious, well-equipped kitchen. There is also a bedroom on this floor with toys for our little guests. On request, we are happy to provide a baby travel cot or up to two additional mattresses for larger groups. 2nd floor The master bedroom has a double bed (160 × 200 cm), a single bed (90 × 200 cm) and a crib (70 × 140 cm). Next to it are a large bathroom with a bathtub and a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. To linger, relax, enjoy some peace with a view of the countryside, we have in. On the 2nd floor, in the portico, there is a small, separate reading corner with two armchairs. Great to know The two floors are connected by a steep staircase, which may be less suitable for older guests or people with mobility issues. Garden & Nature The house has two gardens to linger in. I keep running ducks, you share the gardens with the ducks. The house serves us as a weekend and vacation home, as a retreat to find peace and recharge, to switch off from everyday life, to leave the city behind, and to spend valuable time with family and friends. All of this can also be a part for you. Guest access The living room is accessible to all guests. . Other things to note I keep ducks in part of the garden. The ducks are shy and cannot be touched. Please let your children know that the ducks must not be hunted or touched.
