On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a large living-dining room ideal for sharing with the family and a full bathroom. The first floor houses four bright double bedrooms and a second bathroom, perfect for groups or families. On the lower floor, a cozy living room awaits you, a versatile space with a seating area, Smart TV, work, reading or study area, and a charming children's play area. As a perfect complement, a cozy outdoor patio-terrace invites you to enjoy the outdoors, sunbathe or relax in a peaceful setting. During the colder months, the entire home is kept warm and comfortable thanks to its pellet heating system (forest biomass), which provides enveloping, natural and sustainable heat in each room. All household linen is washed and disinfected after each stay in a specialized laundry (Tintorería Riaño), with disinfectant soap and high temperatures. Electricity consumption comes from 100% renewable green energy, as part of our commitment to the environment.
