Inside our cozy, 350 sqft guest suite you'll find everything you need for an excellent short-term stay! The comfy queen bed provides a restful night's sleep and the living room with 40" TV is the perfect spot to enjoy Netflix or Hulu (your login required). If you're here for business, the work desk is a great place for laptop time and it's close to the efficiency kitchenette with microwave, mini-fridge & coffee maker -- essentials to get the day started off right! We can't wait to host you! The space Open the door to your very own PDX oasis. You'll enter via a private entrance with a personalized code for the easy to use electronic lock, which makes coming and going a breeze any time of day. Just outside the entrance, you'll notice the patio - a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine after a long day of exploring. Inside the studio, you'll find the incredibly comfortable queen sized bed and room darkening shades to ensure a great night's sleep. There's a closet with plenty of space to store your gear so you can unpack and not have to live out of your suitcase. The common area is furnished with a comfy sofa, a 40" TV with AppleTV for streaming all your favorite entertainment (you'll need to login), travel guides and books to help plan your adventures, and a kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge (great for storing leftovers from all the excellent nearby dining) a microwave, sink, basic dishes and cutlery, coffee maker, and hot water kettle. Both the living and bathroom have independent heating units so you'll be comfortable any time of year. The private bathroom has a large stall shower and great lighting and space to prepare for your day. We provide shower toiletries, fresh bed and bath linens and complimentary coffee and tea for every guest - everything you'll need for a comfortable stay in Southeast Portland! Guest access Guests will have access to the private suite including seating area with AppleTV, queen bed, kitchenette and private bathroom. The unit is accessible 24/7 via an easy keyless locking system. You can also enjoy the bistro table and chairs on the private patio just outside the door! Other things to note We are so happy to be able to share the guest suite on the ground floor of our townhouse with Airbnbers! Because we live upstairs, you might hear the sound of footsteps or occasional plumbing noises but we try to keep things down and offer a white noise machine and ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. If you're looking for a honeymoon suite -- we might not be the best spot since sounds do travel between floors and we want to respect your privacy. If you're a smoker -- also not the best spot. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside on the patio. We have two adorable cats who have spent time in the Airbnb so if you have cat allergies, we likely aren't the best spot for you.
