Our apartment is a cozy studio apartment 25 sq.m. (237 sq ft.). Apartment has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed which are actually two twin beds one right next to the other. Small kitchen (2 hotplates) with dining table. Bathroom w/ shower/ en-suite/WC. Very large PRIVATE terrace (100 sq.m. or 1075 sq ft.) reserved just for you, offering spectacular views of the sea, Old City, Island of Lokrum. For guests arriving with a car, parking is included free of charge in our private parking spot. The space We are 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach (5 minutes walk away) and less than 10 minutes walk away from the historic Old City. Grocery store is 2 minutes walk away, just downstairs, right next door to Bikers cafe. Restaurant 200 m (5 minutes walk), pebble beach 200 m (5 minutes walk away). We can also arrange a private Walking Tour of Dubrovnik Old Town, exclusively, just for you (not as a part of a group), for EUR 40 total. Transfer from the airport is EUR 40 total, per car. Walking Tour would be on a private basis i.e. just for you exclusively. Special price of EUR 40 total also includes bottle of 1/2 liter water per person and 2 City maps. Walking Tour duration is about 2 hours, during which we cover all Dubrovnik Old City highlights including Onofrio's fountain, Stradun, Sponza Palace, Bell Tower, a few places where Game of Thrones was filmed etc. It is a walking tour, and there are no entrance fees. if you would be interested, please let me know.
