The living room has comfortable couches, a fireplace, satellite TV and stereo and overlooks the garden and pool. There is also a dining area which seats 12 guests, and an open plan fully equipped kitchen. The 6 bedrooms are separated in two wings (each with three rooms). All have twin beds but in four of the bedrooms the beds can be converted into doubles. All of thge rooms have access to the terrace. Each wing has one bathroom with a shower and a spa tub with Jets, a second bathroom with a shower and a WC. The villa is surrounded by a 2000sqm garden with lawn, flowers, trees and vineyards all spreading their beautiful aromas in the air. There is a 40sqm private swimming pool and a children’s pool with comfortable sun beds and umbrellas around. In the garden and overlooking the pool there is also a wonderful dining area under a pergola and a BBQ, a perfect spot to enjoy a dinner under the sky.
