This is a modern studio apartment (25sqm) in a new building near the boulevard and the road that leads to the beach. It is located on the 2nd floor. On the ground floor there is a Hypermarket "IDEA" (bakery, cooked meals, grocery store). Wi-fi: 150mb. French balcony (no sitting area). Please, read the Ad to the end. The space The apartment has: - Queen size bed: 160cm x 200cm long, - Round table:fi 60cm, - WIFI: 150mbps (m-tel), - Aircondition, - Equipped kitchen with fridge (60cm x 80cm x 60cm) with a small freezer (40cmx10cmx40cm), kitchen hood, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery and dishes, - In the toilet there is a comfortable shower cabin, washing machine and hairdryer, - Sliding window: 235cm x 200cm, - Electric blinds, - Plush curtains for total darkness - French balcony (no sitting area), - Iron & ironing-board, - In the apartment there is NO beach program (beach towel, sun cream, sunshade etc). NOTE: * There is a street parking located behind the building, but availability cannot be guaranteed. There is a possibility of renting a garage space, which is paid extra). Parking must be reserved in advance (upon availability). * Shops are closed on Sundays (restaurants and bakeries are open) * The apartment is not part of the Hotel/Villa, and daily cleaning service is not possible to organize. * In order to always have hot water in the apartment (in the bathroom and kitchen), it is necessary that the water heater/boiler switch is always ON. Turn off the switch while showering (safety). If you use up all the water in the water heater/boiler, it takes 20-30 minutes to heat the water again. * There is no storage room for suitcases (early check-in, late check-out luggage storage is not possible). * The guests are obliged to leave the apartment in the same condition as they found it (clean, tidy and undamaged). * It is forbidden to cut bread, fruit, meat and other food on the kitchen worktop. There is a cutting board in the kitchen unit. Other things to note By law, you are required to register as a guest of our apartment. For that you need a passport and to pay 1,00eur per person, per night. The Tourist INFO desk is located at the turn for Rafailovići, a 7min walk from the apartment. Working hours are from 8am - 8pm (they don't work on sundays). The application deadline is 24 hours after check-in. You leave one copy of the payment slip for you (until you cross the MNE border), the other copy you leave in the apartment, for my guest book. ***NOTE*** Residence Tax isn't included in the apartment price.
