The recently renovated house has two bathrooms, air conditioning in the living area and in the sleeping area. There are 4 bikes and a parking space. The space The house is very finely furnished and has many comforts as it is used by my family for holidays in Salento. In addition to air conditioning, the house has ceiling fans and portable fans. There is a washing machine, induction cooktop, oven, microwave and even a small electric oven. 5 bicycles are available, 3 for adults and 2 for children. Linen rental is available (including bed linen and towels) for a fee of 20 euros per person for the entire stay. Guest access Guests can access all areas. Other things to note In the village of Torre Saracena (100 meters from the villa) there is 1 supermarket, a bar, a rotisserie, a butcher shop, a tobacco shop and the famous restaurant 'il Vesuvio'.
