Mountain hut in the Kaisertal

You found it here. :) The hut is only accessible on foot and is located in the middle of the alpine nature reserve Kaisertal. The hut is in a secluded location in the forest. Although easy to reach by the directly adjacent hiking trail, but no houses in sight. The cabin has 2 completely separate apartments. At night you can enjoy the starry sky like nowhere else in Europe. You are in the mountains, have no annoying light pollution around you and just the sparkling stars within reach! Nevertheless, you have all the amenities such as warm, running water, a fully equipped bathroom with shower, and a high-quality cozy double bed. We even provided you with free Wi-Fi in this "remote location." The hut looks back on over 150 years of history and used to serve the shepherds and farmers as a place to sleep and take refuge. We were able to preserve the rustic creaking and the charm of the ancient wooden beams, but at the same time we also have electricity, modern accents, a wood-burning stove, a refrigerator and an electric hob. The cabin is also well suited for a longer stay. Guest access The cabin is built like a vacation apartment and consists of 2 separate units. You have a bedroom with a double bed, an additional sleeping cabin (for 3 children or 2 additional adults), a bathroom with shower and toilet, a lounge with a small refrigerator and a stove, and a terrace for you alone. The second apartment is facing the other side and has the same amenities again. Other things to note In about 5 minutes' walk downhill you will find our Berg'k'hof. There we offer a breakfast for 14 EUR / children 8 EUR. Drinks of all kinds are available there for consumption on site or to take to the hut (billing on departure). We also offer the possibility of half board in Berg'k'hof. But a spontaneous lunch/dinner is also possible via our small, regional menu with organic dishes until 8:30 pm.
