APARTMENT IN A HISTORIC VILLA

Charming apartment located in an elegant ancient renovated villa with guardian, surrounded by a spectacular secular park with private parking area. Shared with the other few villa's apartments, hosts can enjoy the quite pool and the bowling green. The apartment is 70  square meters big and it is composed by a living room with a double sofa bed, a double sleeping room, a kitchen, one bathroom (with a separate WC) and a double bed mezanine. The place is  comfortable for six people, but we can add The space apartment and NOT the entire villa. Only a separate room, the other beds are on the mezzanine and in the living room. The bathroom is 1 even if divided into 2 parts, for this reason it is recommended to rent to a single family or to different people but who adapt to the common spaces apartment and NOT the entire villa. Other things to note Causa Covid 19 la biancheria non viene fornita 2023!!! We have changed the person who takes care of our house.
