Guest access Guests enjoy full access to the entire 7 acre property. ADK Oasis is your home away from home. Enjoy swimming, two complimentary kayaks, two sets of complimentary snow shoes, star-gazing, and other endless delights on the property and in the community. Other things to note Co-host is an interior designer who specializes in green, non-toxic living spaces. All mattresses, bedding, towels, and bathrobes are organic, and all cleaning and laundry products are organic and scent-free. Guests have a variety of organic pillow choices as well. Please let us know about any allergies you have, and any way we can make your stay more enjoyable and more healthy! 2 kayaks, 1 stand up paddle board, and 2 sets of snow shoes come with the house for the use of the guests (other water-related amenities can be offered). Exceptionally quiet wall AC units are installed in bedrooms and common areas. The house has excellent breezes and ventilation with ceiling fans, and many windows and sliding doors, so AC is almost never needed. Please note that we can't make any exceptions to the no pet rule (even emotional support animals), except for dogs that have been trained by an accredited ADI program to serve people with disabilities, who will be welcome. Sorry! We love animals but have had very unfortunate experiences with previous animals.
