Check-in: The caretaker will meet you at the lobby of the building or I might ask you to go directly to the unit after the security check. Other things to note - The city view from the picture was not taken from the room/unit. It was taken on the building's balcony. When you get out of the room, turn left and you will see a glass door at the far end. Go out from the glass door and you will see the city view. - The unit is NOT A VENUE FOR PARTIES AND BIG GATHERINGS. The neighbor units are private residents. Loud noises from parties and gatherings may cause reporting to the security. - Smoking/Vaping and using drugs inside the unit is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. - I do accept same-day reservation. And please give me at least few hours notice for preparation of the unit and coordination with the caretaker, building management, and security. - Extra person is allowed, free of charge, but the age is NOT ABOVE 12 years old. The building management has a rule for the number of guests. Also, there is no enough space to put an extra bed so if the extra person is fine to sleep on the sofa I would be very glad to accommodate him/her too. I can't provide extra towels and sheets. - As per the building management and security rules; please have a photocopy of any of your government issued ID. Maximum of 4 staying (adult) will be given an access by the admin and security.
