The space This lovely apartment is in the very heart of bustling busy Melbourne City. It is opposite Flinders Street Station and Federation Square, with free trams outside the front door, and walking distance to the MCG, Galleries, Flinders Lane restaurants, shopping and the Casino. There is an Indian restaurant in the building, the Yarra River out the front, and EVERYTHING is walking distance. Guest access You'll have full and private access to the apartment, as well as shared access to the facilities in the basement, which include a huge TV, Foxtel, and coin laundry. The apartment is extremely secure; you'll need to use the magnetic fob five times to get into your apartment. These fobs are quite time consuming and expensive to replace, so any loses will incur a $100 deduction from your security deposit. Please be careful. Other things to note There's an electric flame heater and an air-conditioner. The smart TV is huge, and there's a drawer full of good DVDs. Fluffy towels, body and hand wash, and shampoo and conditioner are ready to use. Please be aware that the apartment is studio style - that is, there is no separate bedroom. The bed is a new and high quality Miracoil pillow-top ensemble. There is an underground rail being built through Melbourne CBD right now.
