Taxbauer: Cosy apartment in alpine farmhouse

Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden. The space The apartment "Archeblick" is about 40m² in size. From the terrace that is situated next to a big garden, you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The flat has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower/WC and a cosy kitchen/living room (oven/stove, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, and all kitchen utensils are provided) with a comfortable pull-out couch, dining table and Smart TV. At a distance of about 2 km you can find a supermarket, nice restaurants and a local bakery. Our farm is located in peaceful and sunny surroundings. The next neighbour is 1 km away. Some hiking paths start directly at our doorstep - for example to the peak Gernkogel or Zirmkogel. Another way to explore the region is by bike. Popular destinations are the mountain farms that offer regional treats. There are many skiing areas close by, for example Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun and Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See. For our guests we offer a drying room with an electrical shoe dryer for the skiing equipment. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The tourism tax is not included. It is currently € 2,50 per night/person over 15 years. Payment is to be made in cash upon arrival. Guest access Our guests receive a guest card that allows them to use all public transport in the province of Salzburg free of charge. In summer, admission to the facilities of our natural swimming lake in Niedernsill and the outdoor pool in Piesendorf, guided hikes and a children's program via our tourism association are also included free of charge.
