Lightful red house in front of one of the most liveliest squares in the city center of Porto. Located just a few meters away from Livraria Lello, Clérigos tower and Galerias de Paris, this is the perfect place to explore the city just walking around. Completely designed from head to toe, the apartment was designed to give an unique and fun experience to our guests, with all the commodities for an easygoing getaway in the city. The space It's an independent house with a great location. Before it was used as a warehouse and it was smartly converted on a apartment for maximum of 3 guests. The house has 2 floors, the room is on top and downstairs you will find the the colorful kitchen, living room and bathroom. In the living room we have available for you a TV with cable channels and a sound-system with record player, were you can also connect your phone. Also a comfortable sofa/bed where you can rest after a long day. All space and furniture were designed originally for the flat and built by local craftsmen. The house is very spacious and gets filled with sunlight from early morning till the sunset. For the ones that want to sleep in, all windows have yellow wood panels that can close completely. All windows are also new with double glass and well insulated. Guest access As it's an independent house with an independent entrance guests don't share the house with no one. All guests will have a set of keys. All check-ins must be arranged beforehand, right after your reservation is confirmed you will receive a detailed email with instructions. Other things to note This is a traditional building that belongs to UNESCO's Heritage Site and like most the buildings/houses in the area, there's no garage for parking - but there's plenty of options in the city - feel free to ask!; there's no elevator - the access to the house is by stairs, and there's no AC, but we provide a fan/heater. The house has an independent entrance from the street and at the entrance, you have a steep stair to access, so unfortunately we do not recommend this house to people with mobility difficulties. If you would like cleaning and change of towels and linens in the middle of your stay, we can arrange it for an extra cost of 40€. So if you're interested, please let us know!
