Our 28-storey business-class house is located on the seafront, next to the famous Akter sanatorium, there is a private pool, a cafe, a restaurant with wonderful cuisine. In winter, you can get treatment at the famous Matsesta resort, the medical buildings of which are within walking distance. In the autumn and winter, Sochi is even more beautiful and cozy than in the summer heat.
