Traditional Family House in Arona Village

A Traditional Canarian property in Arona village 20 mins drive from beach, close to mountains for hiking. 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, indoor pool (as of 2025 this will not be heated unless paid for, the electricity consumption is very high and often we think wasteful), garden, separate fully equipped studio with 2 more beds available on request. The space Casa Los Hermanos belongs to a brother and sister, our property reflects our worlds with a mix of our Canarian heritage. Guest access The 3 bedroom main house is for 6 people and rented out in its entirety and we have a fully equipped studio in the grounds which we are able to rent out if your party is eight Other things to note We really want you to enjoy your stay and our able to cater for most special requests for an extra fee. We do have an honesty bar, just because we like the idea of just having a drink & watching the stars in the patio by night. But please replenish if you do use it or leave something towards us doing it for you. We don't allow smoking inside the house because it's all wood. Arrival times are between 14.00 and 19.00 Departure at 11am Please note that this is an old Canarian house the walls are very thick and there is no need for air conditioning if you follows the steps our forefathers took .. we advise clients that during the days in very hot weather they keep the front windows closed and curtains drawn when the sun is beating down on them leaving the windows that are on the other side of the house open to create an air current. This is normal practice in the canaries and only is necessary in August in very hot calima weather .. The Pool is heated only between the 27th oct - 31st march and at 25 degrees, between hours 11am and 6pm outside this time there is a 15 euro night fee . AS OF 2025 March we are changing this to a cleaned and sanitised plunge pool. We can heat it for an extra cost, but the cost to the environment is huge for the actual usage , and we wont be heating it above 25degrees.
