Description
The Annexe is a self-contained building set in the garden of our family house, The Granary. Oxhill is a quiet village on the edge of the Cotswolds, close to Stratford upon Avon, Banbury, Warwick and Leamington. Ideally situated for visiting The Royal Shakespeare Theatre and the stunning Cotswold villages of Moreton-in-Marsh, Stow-on-the Wold, Chipping Campden, Chipping Norton and Bourton-on-the-Water, among others. Oxhill has an excellent pub (The Peacock) and is a great base for walking. The space The Annexe at The Granary is a renovated self-contained one-bedroom apartment on two floors. On the ground floor is a well-equipped galley kitchen with oven, air fryer, hob and fridge; sitting area with sofa bed, TV and small dining table; and a shower-room. Upstairs on the first floor overlooking the garden is the bedroom, consisting of a double bed and a chest of drawers, and clothes hanging rail(please note the bathroom is on the ground floor). There is also a storage/dressing room for long-term lets. The sofa bed in the sitting area could be used as an additional double bed by arrangement. For long-term lettings, the room can be changed from a double to a twin room. Guest access There is parking space for one car directly outside the property. Although the space is self-contained with its own entrance, there may be occasions during the day when the room under the bedroom is used as a sewing room, but this has its own access separate from the guest area, and would not impact on guests. There is a very small outside area with cafe table and chairs. Other things to note We share the property with our very friendly and gentle labradoodle, Alfie. He'd love to welcome you but if you'd prefer not to meet him, let us know and we'll make sure he's shut in the house.
