III Cozy studio apartment & private bathroom III

We offer you a cozy studio apartment in a house built in 1900. The apartment has an ensuite bathroom and a small kitchenette. ATTENTION!! THE STAIRS TO THE APARTMENT IS VERY STEEP!!! Since the apartment is located under the roof, it can be very warm in the room in the summer. For some cooling in this case, we provide a fan provided. Our house is located in the district Ehrenbreitstein, NOT in the city center of Koblenz! The space The offered apartment is located on the 3rd floor (ATTENTION!!! THE STAIRS TO THE APARTMENT IS VERY STEEP!!!) is about 20 sqm and is divided into two rooms. A bedroom and a living room. (The two rooms have no door.) The living room has a small kitchenette with sink and an induction hob. In the room there is also a comfortable sofa bed. The bathroom is separated from the living room by a self-made sliding door (without lock). We prepare the sofa bed only from 3 people. Other things to note The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. ATTENTION THE STAIRS TO THE APARTMENT IS VERY STEEP!!! Please do not open the windows completely, but only tilt, otherwise the holders for the blinds will be broken. Also, it is very important that no candles, tea lights or the like are used,since the house is almost entirely made of wood. Thank you very much :)
