GreyCot Self Catering Cottage

Welcome to Greycot. Located in a quiet part of Greyton, close to the nature reserve. Sleeping up to 6 guests this is a lovely fully equipped cottage where you can braai, walk, cycle or watch a movie and kick off the stress of the work week. This authentic Greyton Cottage has been in the family for many years and has a huge place in their hearts. The space This house lends itself to a Family/friends who wish to pack the car and getaway. A group that will braai, cook, spend the days reading, walking, playing games at the dining table and in winter all sitting around the fire together. This is an authentic Greyton country cottage with a heart. You arrive at GreyCot park your cars in the driveway and enter in through the front door into the lounge. Here you will find a large open plan lounge/dining room with cane ceilings, tiled floors, a wood burner, L-shaped sofa and a flat screen with Netflix. The lounge opens up onto a large outside tiled covered stoep. There is a small enclosed, private garden making this and ideal country cottage. The first 2 bedrooms are located on your right as you walk in to the cottage with double beds, fitted carpets, heating panels, side lamps, and both have their own en suite bathrooms. The kitchen is located just off of the lounge, fully equipped including, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, microwave, crockery, cutlery, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee plunger, Nespresso machine and more.... The master bedroom has a queen bed, extra length. This is a large room that has double doors opening onto the covered stoep. You have your own private bathroom adjacent to the bedroom. Also with carpets, built in cupboards, an oil heater, side lamps and cane furniture. This house comes with a security alarm and armed response, parking for 4 cars and is an ideal country getaway. Linen, towels, tea, coffee and starter wood in winter are provided. Rental is minimum 2 nights and you can book for 2/4/6 guests (send us a message if you would like to book for less people and we will send you a special offer) The cottage sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. Guest access The house is located on its own Erven so is totally private. Other things to note Quiet time after 10 pm. The garage is rented to a landscaper Monday to Friday. this will not interfere with your stay as there are 2 driveways for parking offsite. There is a weber braai provided please bring your own briquettes and fire lighters. Please bring wood for the small wood burner. Travel cot can be arranged (please bring own bedding) No Pets are allowed. No pool.
