Charming house in Savamala

A unique opportunity to stay at the historical neighborhood of Savamala, in a dwelling developed at the beginning of the last century, freshly refurbished. Hidden from busy streets it offers quiet stay while located in the epicentre of urban life. The space There are two levels, ground floor with living room, bathroom and kitchen. On the first floor are bedroom and a walk-in closet. Sleeping-wise it can accommodate 5 people maximum since it features a sofa in the living room that can easily be transform to a double bed (160cm), as well as the classic double bed in the bedroom and one single bed. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking; 2 hot plates, fridge with the small freezer and it has everything one needs, oven only not included. There is a bathtub in the bathroom as well as washing machine, working desk at the living room. We have reliable WiFi connection if you would like to get some work done. Guest access You will have the apartment all to yourself. We will provide you with clean towels and bed linen. The apartment will be perfectly clean for you arrival, and for longer stays we will clean it in agreement with you. Other things to note Minimum stay is 3 nights.
