Merrie & Roberts: Beautiful Big Blue House Suite

This room has a private entrance and bathroom. There is a microwave and refrigerator. Very cozy, private room with lots of light! This location has easy access to major highways as well as 5 minutes from the downtown life! Right on the bus line and walking distance to SUNY Broome. We are pet friendly, and add $20 to the overall fee when you bring your furry friend. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet. Entrance is accessed via stairs (15 steps) The space Nice yard on a pond, use of fire pit (with permission). Bicycles available for a small fee including tandem bike. There are fishing poles, a horseshoe pit, kayaks and boats for rent. Guest access Guest are welcome to share living room and kitchen, but not rate us on these areas as they really get lived in, and So unlike the rooms, they are not always sparkling clean. Guests are also welcome to enjoy or front and back yard along with our big deck and multiple grills and fire pit. During your stay We give you space but are available to chat and solve the mysteries life if you wish. Other things to note We reside in the upper level of the house. We have 3 cats that have no access to your room. Room is professionally cleaned. Mattress and box spring have zip-on allergen-proof covers. For long-term guests, laundry facilities are available upon request for an added fee.
