4-star family home with pool - boules court for up to 10 people The space Welcome to Villa VISANTI, a 160 m² family home classified as 4 stars, fully air-conditioned and with fiber optic internet, located in an environment designed for fully enjoying holidays with family or friends. With its 1000 m² garden, 10 x 4 m swimming pool, various outdoor spaces, and numerous amenities, everyone can enjoy their stay at their own pace: swimming, playing, sharing a meal, playing a game of pétanque, or simply relaxing. Villa VISANTI has been designed so that everyone can enjoy their vacation. Children can go from the pool to the trampoline, slide or ping-pong, while adults can enjoy the different dining areas, the garden furniture or the shaded bocce court. And when it's time for a meal, everyone can gather around one of the two large tables for 10 people. A garden of 1000 m² for young and old The garden offers several opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. For children: trampoline, slide, play areas For adults and the whole family: - different spaces to relax - several options for outdoor dining - access to the various leisure amenities. - board games and books A 10x4 m pool - Depth 1.10 m to 1.80 m The pool is one of the main assets of the Villa. It is secured by a roller shutter and heated from April to September by a heat pump. The temperature can naturally exceed 25°C. However, as part of an energy-saving initiative, we have chosen to voluntarily limit the heating to 25°C from April to June and from September onwards. It has 3 submerged steps across the width and 1 submerged step on each of the two lengths. Around the pool, 10 sun loungers allow everyone to settle in comfortably. You can also find: - Ping pong table - rackets and balls available - a large table for 10 people with 10 chairs - a brick barbecue with height-adjustable grills. You can have lunch, dinner or share a barbecue while enjoying the pool area. Adjacent to the house is a 40 m² terrace with garden furniture for 10 people and a table and 10 chairs set up for meals and socializing. It's a real second outdoor living space, ideal for eating, having a drink, or simply enjoying a quiet moment. You therefore have two separate outdoor dining areas, each of which can comfortably accommodate 10 people: one by the pool and the other on the 40 m² terrace. Behind the house, you will find a regulation-size 12 x 3 m bowling alley. Its location in the shade allows you to enjoy a game of pétanque even when the temperatures are high. Balls for adults and children are available. Guest access The garage will not be accessible. The baby room will also be inaccessible when you don't need it.
