Self contained apartment + balcony on high floor with panoramic beach and ocean views. Air con provided in summer. Central location- 3 minutes to the beach and Corso (shopping/restaurant strip), 7 minutes to wharf with fast ferry to the city. Stunning coastal walks in all directions and water activities at your doorstep. Huge choice of cafes, pubs, restaurants, shops, markets and Manly's attractions all within walking distance. The space Open up the sliding doors to an East facing balcony with sparkling sea views, stunning anytime of day. Check the surf and head to the beach or chill on the balcony and enjoy the serenity! Watch the whales in the distance using the binoculars (May to November) and see the sky change colour from sunrise to sunset. We have cushioned balcony armchairs so it’s comfortable to sit and enjoy the view. The apartment is split level with the bedroom and ensuite separate from the living area. The living room has a fold out sofa bed, suitable for 1 adult or two children. There is a smart TV, fast wifi, DVD player and dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen has a small fridge, stove (no oven), microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, blender, sandwich press, rice cooker and kitchen essentials if you want to cook your own meals. Guests staying 5 or more days are provided with a starter welcome pack of milk, tea, coffee and fruit. Guests staying longer than 3 weeks will be offered a complimentary mid stay clean. The bathroom is recently renovated with a modern, fresh look and we provide both bath and beach towels. In summer (Dec-Feb) we provide a portable air conditioner. It's not often needed as the building is designed to catch the cross breeze with all windows open, but is there for excessively hot days. There are a few steps up to the front door from the corridor and another small flight from the living area to the bedroom. The rooftop is a common area with a plunge pool and BBQ facilities. Great spot for sunset drinks! A coin operated laundry is also available on the roof-you will need $1 and $2 coins. Plus Fitness gym is in the building and they offer a free trial or various paid memberships options. Guest access You will have the entire apartment to yourself, just the rooftop is shared. It's in the heart of Manly so you can walk everywhere. There are buses, taxis, bike hire and ferries within walking distance if you want to go further. Some guests arrive by ferry, then it's 7 minutes walk to the apartment. Please note the check in and check out times. We may have guests departing or arriving on the same day... so the cleaners need adequate time to prepare for your arrival or the guest after you. If you need flexibility on these times, please ask ahead of time but it can't be guaranteed. If your flight lands early in the morning, we suggest booking the night before so you can go straight to the apartment. Other things to note *NOTE: bookings March-October 2026 have been discounted during lift replacement works. Only one building lift will be available for use. No further discounts will be given after check in. Please read the cancellation policy before booking. It will be adhered to in the event of a cancellation, so travel insurance is recommended. This is a NO SMOKING building. You must respect this and not smoke in the apartment or on the balcony. Neighbours alert us to the smell of smoke and you will be asked to leave if you smoke. If parking is required, we can give you the resident access cards and instructions, but it is a scramble system and we cannot guarantee a free spot. If you can't find a spot in resident parking, there is paid parking in the building on other levels or you may find free street parking nearby after 7pm. This is a large apartment block and most maintenance is completed in winter on Wednesdays. When we know about potential noise we will let you know. The cleaning fee is used to prepare for your arrival. We don't have onerous requests at check out, we only ask for rubbish to be removed and the dishwasher to be turned on. Sydney is known for crawling and flying bugs, especially in summer. The building and apartment are sprayed for pests but occasionally you may see one crawl in, they are harmless!
