The space The entire apartment has electrical wiring, water and sewage systems installed from scratch. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the first entrance from the street, which is about 10-15 minutes' walk, straight to the beach. All infrastructure and places for a full-fledged vacation are within walking distance (24-hour supermarket, pharmacies, banks, cafes, restaurants, etc.). Guest access The entire apartment is available to guests. Other things to note The rent for my apartment is optimal, given its advantageous location + comfort
