Nemo Studio with Wi-Fi and Netflix

The accommodation "Nemo" is a studio in an old Canarian building, in the village of Las Breñas, 10 minutes from the beaches of "Papagayo" and Playa Blanca. It has a private bathroom, kitchenette (not for cooking) double bed in mezzanine 1m40, private toilet and small TV lounge. The equipment consists of Wi-Fi, microwave, espresso machine and small fridge in the patio. For stays of 2 nights or less, a contribution of €20 for cleaning will be requested. The space Las Breñas is one of the most beautiful villages in Lanzarote and is recognized for its micro-climate, there is a restaurant in the village and 3 km away, in the village of Femés there are also three restaurants including one where you will eat very well for less than €20. Breakfast can be served on request. Your host will serve you croissant, pain au chocolat, yogurt, fresh fruit juice, fruit, tea or coffee. Price on request. Guest access You will have the private parking of the house at your disposal, to enter the room you will access through the common patio (interior courtyard), in the patio as you can see from the photos, there is a place with a table and benches for you just at the entrance of the room. The indoor pool is a decorative piece. Other things to note Following problems concerning the use of the toilet in the room, which is very simple to use, only the toilet paper provided can be thrown away, nothing else because the system breaks and leads to significant costs, we ask for an ID card or a deposit of 100 euros as a guarantee to make our guests responsible, we return the guarantee directly on departure. There are electric mountain bikes for rent on site to enjoy excursions. A few km away, there is a natural pool that we offer.
