The space Located in Porto's Praça da República, explore Porto's beautifully preserved Old and New Town and discover an incredible array of historical and cultural attractions. It's in a 1960s building, on the 1st floor, where there was given a special attention to details. You'll be staying next to Teófilo Braga Garden: a garden built in 1915, surrounded by lime trees and oaks and adorned by several sculptures! The minimalist modern 1 bedroom apartment was almost untouched since the 1960s and it's decorated with colorful and lively colors. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with a sofa, one full bathroom, a private balcony and one bedroom with a comfy queen size bed - bed linens and towels are provided. Guest access You are free to use everything that's in the apartment including: ★ Cable TV (120 channels) ★ Video On Demand (70+ free movies) ★ Wireless internet ★ Eletrical fan ★ Heater ★ Stove ★ Microwave ★ Fridge ★ Toaster ★ Coffee machine ★ Kitchen untensils ★ Hair dryer ★ Iron Other things to note ★ Under the Article 45 of the 1990 Schengen Agreement and the Alojamento Local law in Portugal, all guests are requested to fill an Accommodation Bulletin upon check-in. ★ Upon arrival you will be greeted with a FREE Porto digital map with my favorite spots in town, such as: traditional portuguese food restaurants, modern portuguese food restaurants, cafes, bars, clubs, shops, sightseeing and more 🙂 ★ Unfortunately, the apartment is not adapted for disabled or reduced mobility persons and doesn't have the facilities to accommodate pets.
