It's very sunny during the day, with plenty of sunlight coming in from outside into the common areas. The refrigerator is very large, with plenty of space. The kitchen is small but adequate, and there are plenty of common spices and condiments, such as salt and oil, and even some dry foods like rice, popcorn, and beans. There is instant coffee and tea as well. You'll not need to buy drinkable water, though, as it's provided and you definitely do want to drink this water There are two bathrooms, plenty to avoid contention. I found the shower on the right to have more water pressure, and you'll never run out of hot water. Be careful, though, as the scalding point can definitely cause burns. The building is located in Polanco from Subway Station 1 km (10 min walking) and just 18km from the Airport (30min by car, light traffic).
