Independent house of 130 m2, with a garden of 500 m2 near Rouen. Located 15 minutes from Rouen by car, our house is on the edge of the forest. Our house is designed so that you do not miss anything since we live there year-round but want to be able to rent it during our holidays. However, we are careful not to leave our personal belongings so that you feel at home. The space You will find all the comforts you need: linen if needed, childcare equipment, children's toys and books, kitchen equipment with basic products. You can make a fire in the fireplace, enjoy the garden, discover the surrounding area. Guest access The only rooms that are locked are the dressing room in the master bedroom and the storage room in the downstairs bedroom/game room. Other things to note We can advise you on activities, outings and visits not to be missed in the area. New: a great mattress in the adult room, many courses and activities in the garden (zip line, trampoline, basketball hoop, hut, swings...) PS: The 40 euros cleaning fee corresponds to the washing of sheets and bath linen, floors and tiles. It is clear that the bulk of the cleaning must be done by you: fridge washed and emptied, garbage cans taken out and cleaned, oven cleaned, toilets cleaned, bathroom, kitchen...
