High up on a hill, this ocean view home is a tranquil getaway perfect for couples, families, and friends. Enjoy cooking fresh seafood in our fully equipped kitchen or relaxing at the end of the day in our hot tub with a view of the ocean. Adventure awaits with a short walk to the beach, restaurants/bars, or the movie theater. Quick drive to outdoor adventures like fishing in Siletz Bay or hiking Drift Creek Falls. Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome to play in our backyard fenced dog run. The space Our home is one of two homes on a private dead end street. It is off of the main highway, but feels private as it is on the top of a hill overlooking the ocean. Perfect for couples or the whole crew (up to 10 people), there are three bedrooms with four queen sized beds (two in one room), as well as a pull out sofa in the living room. Sink into the memory foam mattresses at the end of a long day at the beach and let the sound of the ocean and the frogs lull you to sleep. The yard is large enough for kids to have room to run and explore. There is a resident salamander family as well! We love dogs! Our home has a fenced in area for dogs. We provide dog waste bags and ask that guests please clean up after their canine companions. Amenities include full kitchen with a Keurig and coffee maker, TV with DVD player (and lots of DVD's), a smart TV for you to login to your favorite streaming services, a sizable deck with a charcoal grill and hot tub, full bathroom with shower and bathtub, laundry facilities, board and card games for children and adults, toys for children, Pack & Play, WiFi, 2 smaller dog kennels and a workspace. Guest access You'll be able to access the entire home, which includes the full kitchen and laundry facilities. Other things to note Access code to the house will be emailed to you prior to arrival. We love hosting families and small groups, but we ask our guests to please be respectful and refrain from hosting parties or large gatherings. No smoking is allowed in the house. You are welcome to smoke outside; we just ask that all smoking materials are extinguished properly and are disposed of in a trash receptacle. Please note: a portion of our cleaning fee goes to a professional hot tub cleaning service. Per Lincoln City code, the hot tub is cleaned after each check out. There will be an additional $50 fee charged if the hot tub requires a drain and refill service after check out.
