Entire two-bedroom condo located in Magnolia Place, 4th floor of Tulip Building with 24-hour security. Swimming pools have reopened with advance pre approval request. Gym is open for a dollar per use. Near fast food chains, banks and malls. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. Two elevators and stairs are available. Living room has a sofa set and brand new LED tv with tv box and a fan. There’s NO parking in the property, our apologies. The space The condo unit is 2 to 3 minutes walk from the gate so the building is really peaceful and quiet. Close to SM North Edsa and TriNoma malls, supermarkets, food chains, banks, universities . The living room has a brand new couch/sofa set and brand new LED t.v with tv box for clear channels and a fan. The kitchen has an induction stove, microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker and basic cooking and dining ware. First room is air-conditioned and has a full sized bed and LED tv. Second bedroom has a brand new aircon and has bunk beds for 2 guests. A fifth guest can sleep on the couch or on a queen sized floor foam that is good for 3 guests. Guest access Free prepaid WiFi for 7 days. Reloadable by the guests for more than 7 days use. The swimming pools have reopened with pre-approval request. There is NO parking in the property. Second bedroom will be locked if there will only be 1 or 2 guests. Basic toiletries and towels will be provided. Laundry service is available in the property and shall be paid by the guests. US $ 10 fee for each requested cleaning. There is a convenience store, laundry, mini spa, and massage service that’s available inside the Magnolia Place community. Other things to note Full name of all the guests and at least one of the guests’ ID should be emailed to [email protected] for entry to the property. US $ 30 cash security deposit required upon check in. Refundable upon check out if there will be no damage to the property. Smoking is allowed in the balcony only. The owner/host will not be responsible for any accidents that involve the guests in the swimming pool and in the property itself. US $ 10 for the lost key. Guests are required to wear a mask while in the common area like the garden park and inside the convenience store. Thank you.
