MARCASSIN house in the heart of the Drome

New house for real holidays with family or friends. You will be seduced by its location in the heart of the Drôme and its forests with its exceptional fauna of does, deer and other wild boars. Ideal for hiking and a very popular hunting area!! The house is surrounded by nature and the sound of the river below the land. Land of more than 3000 m2 is available for Nordic bath, boules, Badminton... (games available at the house). The space The house is located 15 min from Chatillon-en-Diois, where there are small shops and an organic market, and 30 min from the town of Die. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: It consists of 3 double bedrooms (bedding 160 x 190 cm) and a mezzanine with a trundle bed (2 x 80 x 190 cm) + 2 single mattresses to put on the floor. You will also have 2 bathrooms, a bathtub upstairs and a shower on the ground floor, as well as 2 toilets (1 on the ground floor and 1 on the 1st floor). KITCHENETTE: Fully equipped kitchen, induction stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, Nespresso, raclette machine, blender... Other things to note Remember to bring sheets, kitchen towels, bath mats and bath towels as they are not provided. Wood is provided for first use of the wood-burning stove and Nordic bath (firelighter not provided). If you want more wood, we can make it available to you for a cost of €15 for 30 additional logs. You will have to pay the supplement directly on-site and only in cash. Remember after each use of the Nordic bath, to put the lid and stones back on the edge of it. This way you will only lose a few degrees on the temperature of your bath and it will be faster the next time you use it. Allow 5 to 6 hours of heating in winter. The wooden hut in the tree next to the house is forbidden for safety reasons.
