You have access to the M-34 crosstown bus from which you can catch any train along it's route as well as the 6 train on Park Avenue and 34th St. which is 3 blocks from the house if you want to go to destinations from Grand Central, it’s easy (1 stop on 6 train). Also two blocks from East River with bike and running paths and ferries to many destinations. Guests have the pleasure of feeling like a family guest. When you enter the front door of the house you walk up to your room. Send me a message two days prior to arrival to give me your flight number (especially international travelers) so I can estimate your ETA. Someone’s almost always home to give you the key and give you a short tour of front door and apartment logistics. You have the option to take a car service, such as Lyft, Uber, Via, or a regular yellow cab, Citibike, subway, or bus. The best way is walking though. You’d be surprised at all there is to see, and how fast you’ll arrive, without the aggravation of city traffic. The M 34 bus is one block south which covers the entire city (east to west). From the M 34 bus you can access the 6 train (or 6 minute walk). N, R, Q, 1, 2, 3 and A, C, & E trains as well (to go north and south). In a short walk six blocks you can access Grand Central Station to go to further destinations such as Westchester or the botanical gardens.
