Roadster Studio-Pagoda: Situated in Colombo 7, this is one of 2 listings at this property (other is Roadster Studio-XJ-S). Pagoda has a King-Sized bed/ spring-air mattress, fresh linen, attached washroom (hot water), basic toiletries, wifi, a/c, tea, coffee and drinking water. Roadster is walking distance to The Arcade & Race Course (pubs, cafes, shops, cinemas), etc. The space Roadster Studio is a purpose built, two bed room outfit, detached from the main house. It is a brand new construction and launched in December 2016. It has its own private entrance and provides complete privacy from the main house, and is located in a very safe neighborhood. Guest access Guests have 24-hour private access to the Roadster Studio rooms, which are detached from the main house. Guests can access the main compound upon request but will not have access to the main house. The compound houses several British, French and German classic sports cars manufactured in the 1950s, 60s and 70s. Most of the cars are convertibles, which the guests can view, with descriptions from the host. Other things to note Tea and coffee is available in the room and will be refilled on a daily basis. Drinking water is also provided free of charge. A light, international breakfast can be provided at USD 4/= per head, provided the guests inform the house keeper before 9.00 pm the night before. An in-house laundry service is also available at a nominal cost. Fresh bed linen and towels will be provided for each new set of guests. Bed linen and towels will be changed every three days when guests stay longer than three days. Essential toiletries will also be provided.
