No fires/grilling allowed on the porch or in the unit NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not supply beach towels so please bring your own. We do not permit linens to be taken from the units. The condo owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur while on the premises. There is no landline phone service in the unit. Upon leaving the unit, please take out the trash, clean the fridge and set the unit in order per house rules.
