The Beach House. Hamptons decor, spectacular views

Spring at The Beach House is special. Relaxing after returning from a game of golf, tennis or a walk along the beach or river you can enjoy the stunning views from the verandahs while relaxing with a coffee, tea or glass of wine. Games puzzles and a library are also available. Decorated in a style which combines the essence of a shabby chic beach cottage with the Hamptons and provincial France this lovely house offers a location which is only a 3 minute walk to the ocean and the river. The space The kitchen is a haven for those who love to cook and the pantry is well supplied. It is fully equipped with all of the essentials including a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, and Nespresso machine. Pots and pans and serving platters are provided as is tableware, glassware and cutlery and servers. A gas barbecue is situated on the verandah. The lounge furniture consists of two comfortable couches, an ottoman, an occasional chair and coffee table. The dining table seats six. A Smart TV, Chromecast, DVD player and a Bluetooth speaker are in the main living area. French and English DVDs, magazines, books and board games are available for guests’ enjoyment. The main guest bedroom is situated on the top floor with the kitchen and living/dining space. The second bedroom and bathroom are on the ground level with a more casual living space. Beds are prepared for guests’ arrival and bath towels and luxurious toiletries are supplied. Beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella are also provided as are sun lounges for use in the garden. The large garden has beautiful lawns and native flowers, and a bountiful olive grove. A generous vegetable patch is available for guests’ use. Guest access Guests have the entire property except for the owner's bedroom and some locked storage cupboards. There is self check in access. Other things to note The house is not recommended for families with crawling babies or toddlers. There is an open staircase and the verandahs have railings which can be climbed on. Pets are strictly not allowed. There is a strict no party policy. The owner reserves the right to cancel bookings where these conditions are not met, or if after the event when these restrictions have been violated, to claim damages from the bond.
