NEW 🌟Guesthouse "Het Koetshuis" with swimming pond

Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted into a Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one. The house is free-standing on our 4.5-hectare property. The view is stunning and overlooks the meadow. The plot has a large swimming pond with beach, an orchard with flower garden, a field with playground equipment and a meadow. All this is accessible to our guests. * Our garden can also be booked as a shooting location The space The house is completely independent and separate from the rest of the buildings on the property. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a cozy sitting area with a television. The bathroom is spacious and has a large rain shower. We have tried to preserve as many old elements as possible, such as the stable windows, the shutters and the beamed ceiling. The interior is up to date and cozy, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Upstairs, 2 cozy bedrooms, 1 of which is open. The sleeping floor is not spacious because it is located in the roof. But there are 2 good double box springs (160x200 and 180x200) and is cozily furnished. The low height can be perceived as annoying, especially for "tall" people. The cottage has a canopy behind it where you can sit with a fire pit and borders a field where there is a picnic table and a large old oak tree. Adjacent to the meadow with cows. Guest access The house is completely independent and separate from the rest of the buildings on the property. The adjacent field belongs to the direct outdoor living space. The orchard and swimming pond with BEACH are freely accessible, but are also used by my family. The pumps of the swimming pond do not start until June, so the water can be somewhat cloudy in the months before. However, the water is clean and suitable for swimming. You are welcome to take a dip in the large and deep natural filtered swimming pond. It is also used by my family. The water is crystal clear, but we cannot prevent leaves from lying on the bottom due to the dozens of oak trees that stand around the pond. Only the sun beds on the wooden terrace by the pond are private (i.e. your hosts). The rest is free to use for our guests. Please bring your own wood for a campfire or buy it at a gas station or supermarket nearby. Other things to note *Excluded arrival days Sunday and Monday, please message if you do want to arrive on one of these days. The bedrooms are on the first floor, one of which can be closed with a (low) door. Accessible via a narrow, quite steep staircase. Because they are built in the roof, there is not much standing and walking space. This can be experienced as a nuisance or less suitable for people who are "long" and have difficulty walking (also given the steep stairs). Nevertheless, it is cozy and both bedrooms have a view of the meadows and there are comfortable new box springs. Parking: There is space for 4 cars (3 inside the gate, 1 in the parking port outside the gate) Parking in consultation, as the guests from the other guesthouse can also come with cars. Multiple cars can be parked a 3-minute drive from the farm in a free parking space in the village. The pumps of the swimming pond don't come on until June, so the water can be slightly cloudy in the months before. However, the water is clean and suitable for swimming. ⛔️IT IS NOT ALLOWED: In order to invite people WITHOUT consultation, please be notified in the reservation. The yard belongs to my family and we want to know who is staying on our property. For any additional guests that sleep unexpectedly, there is an additional rate of €25 per night pp. This needs to be reported on time. FOR PEOPLE WITH ASTHMATIC COMPLAINTS: Throughout the year, our guests are allowed to light campfires in the designated places. For people with asthmatic complaints, this can be bothersome. The distance between the firepits is quite large, but we can hardly estimate nuisance, also depending on the wind direction. DOGS. At the time of writing, our Boerboel puppy is 11 months old again (March 3, 2026). Can be a bit vigilant and is a bit rambunctious but is not aggressive. Max is our Jack Russel, also watched, but really a everyone's friend as long as there is attention and food. They walk freely on the premises. Our dogs are sweet and used to guests and (small) children, despite that they remain dogs and must be treated with respect. Please bring your own wood for campfires and charcoal for the BBQ (BBQ provided).
