GITE LA COMBE for nature lovers

Our rural gîte for 1 to 6 people, completely renovated in our old farm, will welcome nature lovers. 100 m from the cottage, our private pond on our one hectare plot where you can observe nature and relax by the water. Our property is bordered by the Le Sevron River in its natural state to preserve the biodiversity of the site. For fishing, 800 m away, our town has a very nice pond, with a sports area and pedestrian paths. The space It consists of, on the ground floor, 1 large living room open to equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, 1 toilet, 2 bedrooms each equipped with a 140 bed and a 90 bed. New in 2024, air conditioning has been installed for added comfort upstairs. Wi-Fi access as well as an Ethernet connection if needed. Outside in summer: table, chairs, barbecue, ask us. Bed linen, bath towels, tea towels, soap shampoo provided. Independent entrance to our home. Parking is private and free. Electric vehicle charging is available upon request.
