A graceful home for dreamers to reset, create and relax amongst lovingly looked after plants while still being in the midst of the excitement of this unique city. With over 1100 sqft of space, this is a sun bathed, gorgeously furnished loft in the heart of Williamsburg, minutes away from the subway. The main room features an open loft style living room with a king bed and a fully equipped kitchen & WC, while the smaller room has a twin sofa bed. IMPORTANT- PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING. The space This home is a paradise for couples looking to have a luxurious stay in NYC, or for families with up to 2 children. Guest access Kitchen is fully equipped with a juicer, dishwasher and microwave. WC comes with a bath tub. Entirely private. Other things to note - ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Guests will be asked to vacate if this rule is broken. - If there are to be more than a total of 6 people (including paying guests) in the apartment at any given point during your stay, you must check in with the hosts first. - NO PHOTOSHOOTS ALLOWED - No loud music after 10PM, this is a residential building and neighbours might complain about loud chatting and loud music. - Plant sitter every 3/4 days (10 minutes to be arranged in accordance to the guest's schedule) This home is full of plants which are lovingly cared for and is one of the reasons which make it so delightful to be in. A plant sitter will stop by at your convenience every 3 - 4 days to check in with them. It only takes about 10-15 minutes and we will make sure that you are undisturbed during the sitters visit as long as we can communicate when you'd like them to have access to the apartment. We urge guests to keep all drapes open during the day to let light in for the plants, if you're unable to do so, you might want to seek a different home for your stay.
