Basement.1.5 blocks from main st, cute cottage home. You have the entire basement to yourself with a microwave/fridge/coffee pot/teapot, and amazing back yard to enjoy! In the back there is a boutique and 24/7 sauna so you may see others coming and going. If you always give 4 star reviews please move on this is a project of the ❤️ and we aim to have happy guests. No guest pets allowed. Smoke free property 2 adults max $20 late checkout fee (per 30 min) The space The space is a portion of the basement in my home. It is separate from the rest of the house. Please view pictures for details of space. Small table by library space filled with books/games/and videos. Bathroom is small as shown in the picture. Guest access 6pm checkin The guest has access to the whole basement which includes a fridge, coffeemaker, and microwave. 1 off street parking spot. If you do laundry please leave $5 per load. You are welcome to enjoy the backyard. Our daily rate takes into account our checkin time so please be aware of the 6 pm checkin During your stay If the date you are looking at isn’t listed as available feel free to message me.
