In the heart of Provence, this charming house of 100 m2 in the pretty village of Aubignan, welcomes you with very nice services: 3 bedrooms upstairs as well as a bathroom with bathtub and shower, individual air conditioning reversible for each room, refined decoration, lots of storage, living/dining room and modern kitchen equipped, beautiful salt pool, heated and fenced, pretty terrace and a garden of 800 m2 fenced. Wifi Fiber. The set is completely private. The space Our villa has just been fully renovated with taste and modernity. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs with the bathroom which has a bathtub and a large shower. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms. Be careful, if you have young children, the stairs are not secured with gates. The ground floor is a large open area of 45M2 with a modern fully equipped kitchen, a dining room for 6 people and a living room with fireplace. But the latter may only be used in winter. The ground floor overlooks a south facing terrace of 35 M2 with a dining area and a garden sitting area. There is also a fenced garden and a salt water pool, heated, secured with an alarm and fence. The land is facing south and is surrounded by beautiful Provencal vegetation (olive trees, Tuya, pink laurels, lavender and herbs of Provence) Next to the pool, there is a pool house equipped with a gas barbecue, a small refrigerator and a sink. There's also a corner with bouncers and a rest area with chairs. Guests can also take a nap in the hammock located in the garden. Guest access The house is completely privatized, as well as the swimming pool, and is accessed by a small private road. The house is closed by an electric gate and the land is fenced. There are 3 indoor parking spaces. Other things to note We will not be on site directly but we have someone who takes care of the reception, the inventory, to solve technical problems in the house/pool. However, we will always be available by phone or email and we speak French and English.
