In the heart of Provence, this charming 100 m2 house in the pretty village of Aubignan, welcomes you with very nice services: 3 bedrooms upstairs as well as a bathroom with bath and shower, reversible individual air conditioning for each room, refined decoration, plenty of storage, living/dining room and modern equipped kitchen, beautiful salt pool, heated and fenced, pretty terrace and a fenced garden of 800 m2. Wifi Fiber. All set are completely private. The space Our villa has just been fully renovated with taste and modernity. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs with the bathroom which has a bath and a large shower. There is air conditioning in all rooms. Be careful, if you have small children, the stairs are not secured with barriers. The ground floor is a large open area of 45M2 with a modern fully equipped kitchen, a dining room for 6 people and a living room with fireplace. But the latter can only be used in winter. The ground floor overlooks a 35M2 south-facing terrace with a dining area and a garden lounge area. There is also a fenced garden and a salty, heated, secured pool with an alarm and fence. The land is facing south and is surrounded by beautiful Provençal vegetation (olive trees, Tuya, pink bay trees, lavender and herbs of Provence) Next to the pool there is a pool house equipped with a gas barbecue, a small fridge and a sink. There is also a corner with sunbeds and a rest area with chairs. Guests can also take a nap in the hammock located in the garden. Guest access The house is completely privatized, as well as the pool, and is accessed by a small private road. The house is closed by an electric gate and the land is fenced. There are 3 indoor parking spaces. Other things to note We will not be on site directly but we have someone who takes care of the reception, the inventory, the technical problems in the house/pool. However, we will always be available by phone or email and we speak French and English.
