The house is situated in a small fishing town with a Spanish historic background. Its unique for being near the Pinnacles(17km out of town) and Stromatolites ( Lake Thetis), it has islands on which seals live, beautiful beaches which are great for family activities. Its a great place to stay as a work from home alternative or enjoy a weekend fishing, incl. WiFi. The bottom part of house is available for guests with spacious open living,well equipped kitchen, laundry, outdoor bbq. seating area. The space The house was created and interieur designed with lots of open space living by owner for his family. Its in walking distance from the beach. Its a family friendly house with the aim to enjoy time together. Bottom part of this house is available for guests to enjoy the surroundings and time together not shared with others. Guest access Guests can stay in bottom house with bedroom 1:queen bed. bedroom 2 : double bed and 2 single bed. This space is not shared with others .Top house and garages are private areas not available for guests. The outdoor spa is unfortunately no longer available for guests and is for private use only. A security camera is placed facing outside the long drive way for your security and safety. Please refrain from interfering with this device as it will Incurs$100.00 fine charged to your account. Please avoid loosing the key as that will incurr a $25.00 fee for cutting a new key. Leave the key in the box at all times when you leave the house. Bedrooms and living area have reverse cycle air conditioner to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. Please note that beach towels are available on request, other towels stored in bath room cabinet or placed on the beds. Dust pan and broom are found in kitchen or laundry. Please turn off all appliances, lights, air co's for safety reasons, close all windows,when you leave the house. Please clean and put away the kitchen crockery, pans etc. after use as this could also incur an additional cleaning fee $50.00 if dirty dishes etc. are left for the host to clean up. STRICTLY NO CLEANING OF FISH in the house or outside on the property PLEASE. $ 100.00 penalty will be charged if this request is not followed up or ignored. Guests who booked the house can stay in the house. Should I find out that more guests have stayed other than the original booking I will make a request through Airbnb for additional payment of $40.00 per person per night. STRCTLY NO PARTIES if found out that you have a party, loud noise, then it incurs a penalty of $350.00 for breaching house rules and disturbing the neighbours.
