Cozy and bright studio by the sea

Recently renovated, our studio overlooks the sea and the building's private pool. It's situated 70 meters from the beach and 100 meters from Martianez Lakes. It's fully equipped with sattelite TV, kitchen, microwave, coffee maker and roaster. Pools have been totally renovated in 2020. The space Bright studio, located on the seventh floor of an apartment building, in the best area of the Port. It has an independent kitchen and bathroom, fully equipped. It also has a large balcony where you can enjoy an outdoor meal. The building is accessible, has three lifts, play areas and night-time security service. Guest access The two swimming pools (children's and adult) are completely new, opened in Spring 2020.
