Located on an award winning holiday village, Looney Dunes beautiful detached beach house boasts a grande living space with two bedrooms, master en-suite with kingsize bed and the second being a double/twin with en-suite bathroom & hallway access. The layout includes a stunning open plan kitchen, dining and living space with a log burning stove. There are bi-folding doors leading onto a decking area from the living room. Outside our beach house there's off road parking for two cars as well as communal picnic grounds, lakes and a number of leisure facilities. Amenities: Gas central heating Electric oven & Gas Hob Microwave Outdoor BBQ & seating Fridge Washer/dryer Dishwasher TV with Freeview WiFi Selection of board games Electric Charger point (fees apply) All fuel, power, Bed Linen and Bathroom towels are included in the rent. A Travel cot & highchair are available upon request. Sorry, no smoking & no pets. On-site there is a Pharmacy (essential items can be purchased), Italian Pizzeria & Ristorante and Public House & Restaurant just 5 mins walk from Looney Dunes Beach House. A beauty salon is located here too. There is also a communal heated indoor swimming pool, children’s pool, sauna and steam room. Private access to the Beach is just a 1 mile walk. Chargeable facilities and activities payable on-site, include: the gym swimming lessons archery tennis body zorbing crossbows rifle shooting snorkelling/ sea-scooters cycle hire Lakes on-site, children to be supervised at all times. Looney Dunes is a fantastic base for exploring Filey at only 3 miles away or just a little further is Scarborough, Bridlington, Whitby & even North York Moors!
